We work with you on the job description. You define the skills and experience you need. We source the candidates, conduct initial screening, and present you with a shortlist. You conduct the final interviews. You make the call.
The person you hire works for your business, reporting directly to you.
Philippines or India, your choice
With operations in the Philippines and India, take advantage of the talent pools in either country and the flexibility of multiple time zones.
Depending on the role profile, one market may be a better fit than the other. We'll advise you honestly, and the choice is yours.
How it works
1. Define the role
We work with you to scope the position, the skills required, and the salary range.
2. We source and screen
We draw on our networks and operations in the Philippines and India and run ads on the major recruitment websites, including LinkedIn, to identify suitable candidates. We conduct initial screening and present you with a shortlist.
3. You choose
You conduct final interviews and select the candidate you want. Your staff member, your decision. No assignments off the bench.
4. Onboarding
After our induction, you onboard your new team member and they start work. We handle employment, payroll, and compliance, and provide ongoing advice and assistance to make sure the engagement is effective. Each employee undergoes a six-month probation.
5. Ongoing
Reporting directly to you, your dedicated resource works exclusively for your business as part of your team.
Transparent Fee Structure
Our model is a flat monthly seat fee per resource, with the staff member's salary passed through to you at cost, with no markup.
There is no financial incentive for us to push a more expensive candidate, and full salary transparency means your engagement is fully compliant with modern slavery obligations.
