Smaller projects can be completed in as little as one to two weeks, while a typical SMB implementation usually takes between two and four weeks.
Larger or more complex projects involving multiple Hubs, custom integrations, or extensive data migration may mean a project timeline of two to three months.
For larger projects we would recommend a staged, incremental approach rather than a "big bang" project. This helps ensure that you achieve cumulative benefit in the shortest possible timeframe.
